About Me

My name is Ubhi Mistry DPO MOst BSc (Hons). I am a cranial osteopath and a paediatric osteopath. I have been practicing Osteopathy for 13 years. I have worked in London, Whittlesey, Heacham, Lincoln and Alford gathering a wide range of experience along the way.

I completed a postgraduate diploma in paediatric osteopathy in 2014 at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London- one of the leading providers of osteopathic paediatric education in the UK . This diploma is the most comprehensive and well respected diploma available to osteopaths for the treatment of babies and children. Children are not mini adults and it is fundamental that osteopathic practitioners know the difference in anatomy, physiology and pathology (illnesses).

I have a varied practice from families, people in acute pain to those suffering with chronic problems and those looking for deep transformative work. Working with babies and children means my work is also inextricably intertwined with helping pregnant and post partum mothers.

I am currently working in Duddington. Prior to osteopathy, I worked in the City of London in financial software. My first degree was in psychology. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, meditating, walking, swimming, yoga and Pilates.

“We’ve been visiting as a family of four (recently five) for nearly six years and have been helped with no shortage of issues, including colic, teething, clearing viral infections, discovering intolerances, child anxiety, aches and pains, hormonal imbalances, sleep struggles, and nerve irritation. The treatment is easy from a patient's perspective, follow-up is thorough, and results are excellent. You always feel physically and emotionally lighter after a session. I never hesitate to recommend Ubhi to friends and family. I genuinely believe one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental well-being is to have cranial osteopathy in your life."

Parking

The clinic is in a residential area so please park with consideration. To ensure my neighbours continue to have spaces for their cars, I keep a space on my driveway next to the heat pump for patients. When parking on my drive ensure that the concrete common pathway is kept clear. However, if the drive is in use when you arrive and you are parking in the bays on the roadside, please ensure when you park you allow space for multiple cars to fit.  I appreciate and thank you in advance for taking time to park with care.
